This collective was born in 2000, created by a shared dream of a group of coffee growers with a broad vision for the incipient specialty coffee market and for the advancement of coffee growing in the region, thanks to the support of Mr. Fernando Paiva, a pioneer of specialty coffee in the Campo das Vertentes region since the 60’s, the producers acquired a warehouse and the cooperative was founded. Over time, this infrastructure evolved with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment. Since its inception, the collective has been an important driving force for the development of specialty coffees in the Campo das Vertentes region and is involved in initiatives to generate progress and prosperity through the coffee business. The cooperative is engaged in several social and environmental projects to ensure the long-term sustainability of the coffee activity in the region. Today, consistency, innovation, integrity, integrity, stewardship and transparency govern the actions of the collective seeking to constantly adapt to new market trends and use coffee as a vehicle to create a better life for all involved.
