That is the whole brief. No grassy under-developed lots, and no coffee that only tastes good if you weigh, time and dance around it.
If a coffee needs a perfect recipe to be drinkable, we keep working on the roast instead of writing longer instructions.
Roastberry is a roastery in Lisbon working with specialty coffee. Everything is roasted & tested in-house, and profiles are developed for the way the coffee will actually be brewed: filter lots for clarity, espresso lots for body and balance in milk.
We do not cut costs on green coffee, and we try to work with the same producers and importers season after season. If you want to know what we paid for a lot or how it scored on the cupping table, ask us: we are glad to share.
