Rwanda Vunga Filter 250g

The Vunga Cooperative is a Women led cooperative established in March 2009, located at 1680 m.a.s.l. in Nyabihu District, North Western region of Rwanda. The cooperative is led by Daphrose Uwimana and consists of 260 members (Men & Women). Vunga only produces Fully Washed coffee. The station is hidden in between the steep hills of Nyabihu and thousands of plantain/banana trees. The water received and used at Vunga comes from the natural source from the nearby and famed Virunga National Park. Vunga has placed twice in the Rwanda Cup of Excellence competitions both in 2012 and 2014.
